How to lead an organization when you all work from home! by Joy Nelson
When your organization shifts to working remotely it can introduce some major changes to your workflows. In this presentation, we cover the importance of communication channels between coworkers and how to set up the new workplace norms. Working remotely requires us to really focus on upping our communication game with each other to be sure that we are clearing up assumptions and maintaining relationships without being face to face. Michael Sauers is the Technology Manager for Do Space in Omaha, NE. After earning his MLS in 1995 from the University at Albany's School of Information Science and Policy Michael spent his first 20 years as a librarian training other librarians in technology along with time as a public library trustee, a bookstore manager for a library friends group, a reference librarian, a technology consultant, and a bookseller.
