Helping others achieve success: Jeff Justice on teamwork and reaching goals
In addition to the strong commitment to Dropbox values that leads them to success, Jeff affirms that his team is always able to keep progressing because it is comprised of many different voices. His mixed bag of previous work experiences as a radio relationship guru, band manager, and small business consultant have given him a unique outlook on customer relationships, but he maintains that his voice is never the most valuable one in the room.
“You need to have a variety of voices and thoughts at the table. But on top of that, I think that diversity also shows and proves that there are multiple ways to get to a successful end. There’s not just one path and pattern to be able to solve a problem or to reach a goal. If you have people who are willing to challenge and think outside of the box, or people who have a difference in experiences or background, then you’re really giving yourself the best opportunity to assess as many paths as possible in the quickest way and get there successfully.”
