Have you ever wanted to turn your PowerPoint presentation into an animated Gif? Me neither, but now you can with GifDeck. Just upload your file to SlideShare then give the SlideShare URL to GifDeck. Moments later, you’ll have an animated Gif.
I couldn’t think of any real use-cases but the site suggests using it in an e-mail or posting it to Twitter, both of which make some sense to me.
One important note: it will only convert 10 slides. (My original presentation, which I’ll be posting Thursday or Friday, is much longer than the Gif above.)

You can actually create a GIF that displays more than 10 slides by clicking on the gear icon to the right of the submit button and specifying the number of slides you want included in the GIF. There is a bit more of a description of other features in my post: http://carlispina.wordpress.com/2014/09/22/gifdeck/
Thanks! I completely missed that.
Yes, the extra features are kind of hidden away behind that gear. It would be really helpful if the site offered more of an indication of what you can customize when creating your GIF!
