Tuesday Tech Tip: Easy access to the Control Panel in Windows 8
Need quick access to the Control Panel, Device Manager, Event Viewer, or other system utilities in Windows 8. Just put your cursor in the lower-left corner of the screen and right-click your mouse. Check out the menu that appears full of useful system shortcuts.
