I got the e-mail from ITI today that the manuscript for the 2nd edition has been accepted and is off to copy editing. There’s a little additional work to do on the microblogging chapter and I’ll have to make some changes to the Blogger chapter due to the recent announcement, but not all that much. It looks like it’ll be coming out late this summer.

Michael Sauers is currently the Director of Technology for Do Space in Omaha, NE. Michael has been training librarians in technology for the past twenty years and has also been a public library trustee, a bookstore manager for a library friends group, a reference librarian, serials cataloger, technology consultant, and bookseller since earning his MLS in 1995 from the University at Albany’s School of Information Science and Policy.
