If you’re doing tech support for someone, sometimes you like to start with trying to get some simple information from them like what OS are they running and which browser are they using. Trouble is, sometimes a quick and simple answer will not be forthcoming.
In these cases, send them to Support Details and have them send you the report via e-mail. You’ll quickly get the answers you’re looking for to these basic troubleshooting questions.
