I’ve put up the photos taken of the house in Lincoln. Please keep in mind that all of the furnishings are those of the soon to be previous owners and that some serious redecorating will need to be done. (Especially since i have no need for a nursery.)

Why no nursery? No kids at all in your future? 🙁
My brother has three with another on the way. He’s got it covered for both of us.
I think the girls are a little old for a nursery, and Mary might have a few thoughts about any other reason for an infant in the house!
And what is that wooden thing in the yard? (Maybe this is a stupid question – there are no wooden things in yards in Phoenix.)
Looks like it has good “bones”….but some of those colors have got to go, in my opinion.
We need to send you a tree or two!
1) That’s a SERIOUS toolbox in the laundry area.
2) The wooden “thing” in the yard is a play house-jungle gym type thingy. They’re all over Colorado. One more reason to kill trees.
Nice looking house, but that nursery wallpaper has got to go!
The toolbox is in the garage (that’s a freezer to the right) and unfortunately both are going with the seller.
