I haven’t seen this on any LIS blogs yet so I though I’d get it out there quick. Google has a new beta interface named Google Suggest. Try typing a search into the box and see how it suggests searches to you along with the approximate number of hits that search will receive. I’m not sure this is something that I’ll be specifically using on a regular basis but it’s a feature useful enough that I’d like to see it integrated into the main search. (Maybe as an option you can turn on/off in preferences?)
