When your organization shifts to working remotely it can introduce some major changes to your workflows. In this presentation, we cover the importance of communication channels between coworkers and how to set up the new workplace norms. Working remotely requires us to really focus on upping our communication game with each other to be sure that we are clearing up assumptions and maintaining relationships without being face to face. Remember to have fun and be flexible! Those two concepts bring so much benefit to your workplace. Let us know if you have questions on how ByWater employees all work remotely.
