Here’s the latest Amazon.com debacle. This was listed as “new” (by Amazon) and then shipped severely damaged in a bag (from Amazon) with a sticker on the bag (again, from Amazon) basically admitting they were sending me a used/damaged copy. I pushed on Twitter this time and was sent to an online feedback form to escalate the situation. I did get a response but that said that “since this is an internal matter” I would not receive any more responses.
Considering this is the third bad copy of this title I’ve received from them, I’ve moved on to Barnes & Noble.
