A colleague asked me the other day for a “practical” use of a 3D printer. Unfortunately, I forgot about this site that I heard about at Computers in Libraries: Cookie Caster. It allows you to custom design your own cookie cutters and then send the design to a 3D printer for production. Now how’s that for cool?
